详细咨询胡女士13969166799一、前言:焊接接头是部件耐久性的薄弱环节,因此在开发高性能焊接构件时,提高焊接接头的疲劳强度是一个十分重要的课题。一般较重要的焊接构件都采用高强度钢制造,随着钢材抗拉强度的提高,其疲劳强度也相应增大。研究表明,对于焊后不做加工处理的高强度钢结构焊缝而言,由于焊趾处应力集中等因素的作用下,其疲劳强度并不随抗拉强度的提高而增大,故无法体现出使用高强度钢的优越性。
因此,尽管超细晶粒结构钢等高强度钢材本身的强度和性能才是制约结构强度和寿命的主要因素,只有对焊缝进行加工处理,才能根本改善其性能。研究和实践表明,疲劳断裂是金属结构失效的主要形式,尤其是一些受动载严重的重要结构,焊接接头的疲劳破坏一般起裂于焊接接头的焊趾部位。如果能改善焊趾处疲劳裂纹的起裂性能,将有效地提高焊接结构的疲劳强度。
超声波冲击传递给工件上的焊缝,使以焊趾为中心的一定区域的焊接接头表面产生足够升读的塑变层,从而有效地改善焊缝与母材过渡区(焊趾)的外表面形状,使其平滑过渡,降低了焊接接头的应力集中程度,使得焊接接头附近一定厚度的金属得以强化,重新调整了焊接残余应力场,并由超声波冲击形成较大数值的有利于疲劳强度提高的表面压应力,同时改变了围观组织,改善了接头区域的组织,使冲击处理后的接头疲劳强度得以显著提高。
二、提高焊接接头疲劳强度的超声波冲击的方法
通常采用打磨焊趾的方法来改善焊接接头的疲劳强度,而使用超声波冲击焊趾来提高焊接接头及结构的疲劳强度,是一种国际上刚刚出现的新方法.本文研制成功了一种基于压电陶瓷换能器的新型超声冲击试验装置.实际使用过程表明:其执行机构体积小,重量轻,噪音极小,耗能低,使用灵活方便,易于实施.利用该设备,采用Q235钢进行了冲击处理效果的验证性对比疲劳试验.试验结果表明:超声冲击方法对焊接接头疲劳强度的改善效果十分明显,能够提高疲劳寿命20~30倍以上,极具实用价值.同时发现,超声冲击处理能够有效地消除焊趾处浅层裂纹,夹渣等焊接缺陷,该作用也是其提高焊接接头疲劳强度的原因之一.
Ultrasonic Peening Method to Improve Fatigue Strength of Welded Joint

Abstract:As known to all,to improve the fatigue strength of welded joints,it is necessary to polish the weld toe.Recently it has been found that the fatigue life of welded joint can be increased dramatically by ultrasonic peening the weld toe.In this paper,a ultrasonic peening device based on piezoelectric ceramic transducer is firstly developed successfully.This equipment is convenient because of its small size,light weight,low power consumption as well as other merits.In order to study the effectiveness of peening treatment with the equipment,the fatigue tests has been carried out in Q235 steel.The results show that the fatigue life of the peened joint is 20~30 times as long as the as-welded joints .Therefore,the improvement of the fatigue strength of welded joints by ultrasonic peening is remarkable.It is seen that the weld defects such as shallow cracks and slags at the welded toes can be removed effectively during the ultrasonic peening process.That is a reason for improving the fatigue strength of welded joints with this technique.
